Eldritch Incense Burners
With our own creative freedom we decided on a product line that features characters from Lovecraft's Mythos. Famous writer H.P. Lovecraft, who's work focused on the dark, antient and alien has most of his work in the public domain. What we were making was also influenced by Japanese pop culture and vinyl dolls or Pop figurines.  The design product style and aesthetics were pulp horror but twisted into cute, "chibi" mascot characters.
As part of the project created a the idea of a time-traveling trade company originally from the 1930 but ended up in modern times to bring the population our trade goods.  We presented our selves as this mystical trade Company with the long-term goal of releasing cute and comic-styled eldritch products based after Lovecraft's mythos.  For the logo we end up using my compass and one eyed creature mix. The brand consists mystical purples and blues with the “Esports” and comic stylized elements along with clouds and stars to reflex on our eldritch products.  This same mystical, comic style I created continued on the packaging and end up being fully embraced by our group.  Layout, typography, colors, keeps consistent with those clouds and stars with that bit of mystical “pop” look.
